Visit to the National Rail Museum

February 23, 2026

‘The best learning happens when curiosity leads the way.’

The students of EYP1, EYP2 and EYP3 went on an educational visit to the National Rail Museum on Wednesday, 18th February 2026. The visit offered a fun and engaging hands-on learning experience about transport, history and technology. The children enthusiastically explored real locomotives, royal coaches and miniature train models, carefully observing their shapes, sizes and purposes. As they walked through the outdoor gallery, the experience became highly interactive, sparking curiosity, thoughtful questions and conversations about their own travel experiences.

The joyful toy train ride was a major highlight, filling the air with laughter and excitement. Throughout the visit, the children demonstrated keen observation and eagerness to learn, enriching their vocabulary and social interaction through shared exploration. Overall, the outing beautifully blended learning with enjoyment, helping children connect classroom concepts with real-world experiences in a meaningful and memorable way.
