Yoga is known to improve strength and flexibility, but it also has immense benefits for mental health ranging from improving mood, sharpening concentration, relieving stress and anxiety.
In the 2nd Virtual (8th Inter House) Yoga Competition that was conducted successfully on Friday, 29th October 2021, Suncitizens showed that even during the pandemic, it is possible to align your physical and mental health.
