The school organized a workshop on "Fitness and Wellness for Teachers" on 10th January, which was conducted by Mr Ajay Yadav, a renowned Yoga teacher.
The workshop aimed to educate teachers on the importance of physical fitness and provide them with practical exercises to improve their overall well-being.
Mr. Ajay began the session by emphasizing the significance of maintaining good physical health. He then proceeded to demonstrate and guide the teachers through a series of exercises focused on three key areas: cervical exercises, breathing exercises, and general fitness.
The workshop on "Fitness and Wellness for Teachers" was a resounding success. It not only provided teachers with valuable knowledge and exercises to improve their physical fitness but also emphasized the importance of prioritizing their own well-being. The school looks forward to organizing more such workshops in the future.
